THE LEADAI CODE OF CONDUCT

Beliefs.

Three beliefs. Five standards. Applied to everyone at LeadAi.

SCROLL

BELIEF 01 / 03

When something is good for us, we should share it.

Sitting on a known improvement isn't caution. It's complacency.

BELIEF 02 / 03

We treat people with dignity and respect —
and by respect, we mean we don't waste your time.

BELIEF 03 / 03

Beauty is hard work.

Aesthetically pleasing. Simple. Intuitive. And it functions well.

These three beliefs generate five standards.

STANDARD 01 / 05

Excellence.

We hold our work to a standard beyond the minimum required.

A known improvement, sitting unspoken, isn't caution — it's complacency.

Feedback is a normal part of good work, not something to resist.

STANDARD 02 / 05

Quality.

What we produce is correct, complete, and fit for its purpose.

"Done" means genuinely done — not "mostly done" presented as finished.

Reviewed before it ever leaves our hands.

STANDARD 03 / 05

Taste.

Good design is a form of respect for the people who see our work.

Simplicity is preferred over clutter, every time.

A clean argument that says one thing well beats a busy one trying to say everything.

STANDARD 04 / 05

Professionalism.

We treat colleagues, clients, and client data with the trust the business depends on.

Discretion is the default, not the exception.

Everyone is treated with respect, regardless of role or seniority.

STANDARD 05 / 05

Speed & Tenacity.

Momentum is part of the work, and it doesn't stop at the first obstacle.

A setback, a declined pitch, a 'no' is information — not a stop sign.

The next attempt is ours to start.

A vague value can't be enforced.
Only a specific standard can.

Five standards. Not decoration.

Each one says exactly what a violation looks like —
so two people looking at the same situation reach the same conclusion.

This Code applies to everyone at LeadAi — new hires, engineers, contractors
with data access, senior leadership, and the CEO. No one is exempt
because of seniority, equity stake, or tenure.
