Daniel Dotse
CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Trained as a biomedical engineer at Cornell University, on a simple, unforgiving standard: if the system doesn't work in the real world, under real constraints, it doesn't matter how elegant the theory is. That standard shaped Lead For Africa, Lead For Ghana, Lead For South Africa, and LFA&Co — a portfolio built to prove that the systems for developing African talent needed to be built in Africa, not imported. LeadAi carries the same conviction into a new domain. Daniel isn't interested in Africa being AI's next market. He's building for a future where Africa is AI's next builder.
Roland Krieger
HEAD OF ENGINEERING
Holds a Master's in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University. Previously Director of Research, Technology & Innovation at Lead For Ghana, where he led technology strategy across one of Ghana's leading education-focused nonprofits. At LeadAi, he leads engineering strategy and technical architecture — building AI systems designed for African markets from the ground up, not adapted from elsewhere.
