Roland Krieger

Roland Krieger is the Director of Research, Technology and Innovation at Lead For Ghana. He ensures that modern technologies like Artificial Intelligence are leveraged to advance the vision of LFG. He also provides leadership in defining the long-term technology strategy and fostering a culture of innovation and digital transformation at LFG.

He has a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University. He graduated with honors and was a member of Eta Kappa Nu (HKN), the honor society of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He is also a former Physics Olympian, as he represented Ghana in the International Physics Olympiad of 2009.

Roland is well versed in Software Engineering, and is responsible for designing and building technology solutions including web and mobile applications that are used across LFG and beyond.

Samuel Twumasi

Samuel Twumasi is a Software Engineer and Technology Researcher with experience in building scalable web, mobile, and AI-based solutions. He has contributed to projects with Google Research Africa and ViuHealth, gaining expertise in cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and end-to-end software development.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Ghana. During his time at the university, he served as the lead for the Google Developer Students Club, where he helped organize events to train and mentor upcoming tech students.

Samuel is highly skilled in Flutter, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Data Science, and AWS, and has a strong background in building end-to-end systems, from backend services to interactive mobile experiences. He is passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and create impact across Africa.

Karl Holland

Alhassan Kamil is a Fullstack Software Developer with many years of experience building battle-tested and professional-grade software products tackling humanity's many challenging problems. He takes an active part in ensuring that modern technology is appropriately utilised to propel Lead For Ghana towards achieving its objectives.

Kamil holds a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science degree from the University for Development Studies, Ghana. Apart from architecting and developing software, he is also an Artificial Intelligence Practitioner and an upcoming Machine Learning Engineer.

This diverse set of skills positions him as a vital asset capable of delivering innovative and impactful technological solutions essential for driving Lead For Ghana's mission forward. When he is not close to his computer, you will either find him reading or watching movies or his favourite sports games.
